Real estate agent bangs doctor in fake hospital

Lily Labeau has a doctor who is obviously interested in her medical specialty, but it's hard to work for a career as prestigious as this. He's a real doctor and doesn't lose sight of this problem, but he takes advantage of the situation and bangs the doctor in the back room. She's giving the patient what he craves.
